Your staff memeber from the coffee shop by the name of asif was extremely helpfull and courteous, the rooms and the hotel facilities were modern, the service was very good. The bathroom was an excellent size the standard of cleanliness throughout was fab and the Lotus Cafe breakfast was also wonderful.

The views are fabulous especially the night time skyline of Mumbai across the lake and the whole hotel in general is great. Service is very good, the room overall is compArable to a Four Seasons, is beautiful and now the breakfast experience well can I start explaining bout the breakfast.

Excersise area is good and outdoor pools are beautiful, a very nice hotel right on the beach, overall the staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, restaurants are great, the gym looked well equipped we didn't test.
