Receptionists and business centre staff were great in service, stuff was very nice. The lobby was beautiful and the room was absolutely spotless. The Indian restaurant was very good.

Location is perfect just walking distance to the main commercial area and the staff in this hotel is very friendly and personable. I belive the price is reasonable, great service attach to a small mall and the rooms are spacious and clean and the food excellent. Breakfast is rich of variety of dishes and the pool on the roof is lovely as well.

Relative to other options in Kuwait City, i think this is one of the better choices and best of the stay is the hotel breakfast buffet. The staff are polite and extremely helpful, furniture is old, the restaurant is also quite good. The gym and spa are very nice here, too.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, made me feel like home, the food in the lobby restuarant was amazingly good, also the hotel staf were very polite and helpful. All in all, not bad for the price, large lobby and the hotel matches up well to its competitors in Kuwait City. A lovely relaxing atmosphere, nice staff and the beds are super comfy and the room technology are all modern, unlike at the JW.

The service at the main restaurant could be improved and in addition the GYM tread mills are outdated.
