  The adjacent business center is very efficient and the staff is very helpful, overall this hotel is nice, and facilities are nice, the lobby is vast and check in is fast affair. Service is good and bed is comfortable. The beautiful garden terrace is soothing and toilet amenities are also impressive. Food price is reasonable.

  Good location in Jakarta center and a walking distance from a shopping center, one convenient hotel. More reasonable price, the room decoration is nice and the staff are helpful and pleasant. The bathroom is big enough and the Japanese restaurant is superb. The pool is comfortable.

  The facility is immaculate and well positioned in a safe area of Jakarta, food quality and service is exceptional. Reception staff are magnificent and the room price is rather expensive. Next morning, breakfast is great and the spa is nice and quiet we were there during the weekends.

  Great views, very good place and again – special and unforgettable service. Rooms are big, clean and western food are all available. The concierge lounge is well worth the price and spa is very nice.

  Cheap clothing, some branded shops and cool gadgets are available, walk; and fruit sellers are just in front of the hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, the beds are particularly nice and the service and food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

  From the workout center to the executive lounge, the attention and treatment was exceptional, the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were great and concierge was helpful. Room it was a big, breakfast was good and the spa was also nice.

  The views from the guest rooms give you a great sense of the vastness of Jakarta, the hotel is very good value right now and overall , staff are outstanding, helpful and kind. Cozy and the bathroom is very nice, excellant choice of food at break fast.

  Excellent service, nice room and sauna as well. Dinner buffet – no words, it’s magnificent, complimentary fruit and various option of menu. An amazing combination of upscale facilities.
