Jw Marriott Hotel Houston - 休斯敦

The hotel does provide a shuttle to nearby locations but not to the airport (although another Marriott located 1/2 mile away does).

Convenient sundry shop next to the front desk and the hotel is in a great location.

The JW has one giant plus, and that's its location.

I got stuck in Houston an extra night and stayed at the Marriott George Bush Airport for around the same price as the JW.

We rented a car and drove from the IAH airport all the way to the JW, which took about a half hourwithout traffic.

Only draw back was the rooms with two beds use twin beds instead of fulls like most hotels so your sleeping tight if you are sharing a bed but atleast there comfortable.

Service: everybody is ready to make you feel comfortable, the best thing about the room is the bed and this menu is great for snacks - wings.

Destino restaurant served the usual fair for breakfast that was nothing spectacular.

Breakfast is good, with a wide choice and friendly staff, though expensive if you are not planning to gorge and miss lunch.

The restaurant food in the hotel was pretty good, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the tub was comfy.

Front desk staff on evening shift and supervisor/manager on evening and overnight shift are incompetent.

Front-desk staff was friendly, room service was excellent and prompt, all the food was great.

My only complaint would be the lack of service at the front desk during the day.

On the way to the pool you walk through the fitness facility.

The gym is good and there are lots of stores plus the galleria plus free parking around back.

We had to walk down three different hallways just to get to the elevators and vending machines so disabled guests need to request a room near the elevator.

There is no wireless in the rooms and only high speed for $9.
