Overview

Located just 4km from the city center, the four-star Jw Marriott Desert Springs features Zantman Art Galleries Ltd, Chapman University and Red Caboose Railroad II.

Renovated in 2006 it consists of an eight-storey main and two eight-storey annexes with a car park available onsite.

All 884 rooms and suits are all non-smoking, offering a balcony or a terrace as well as heating and individually regulated air conditioning and also having lake views.

  Sure, the landscaping and design of the main atrium area is pretty impressive, the Value for the money I can get better Hotels for this money I pay for this hotles, the newly renovated lobby is absolutely beautiful. Service is excellent at this property, the bathroom has a tub and a shower and is very large, as a vegetarian I found extremely difficult to find acceptable food. The pools are nothing great.

  The rooms were nice and the view i had of the pools and mountains was great, this place was not relaxing and was not Glorious and was not worthy of 4 stars, the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The bathroom was also lovely and clean, the food that was served poolside was excellent and healthy, the spa was a HUGE waste of money.

  Not a bad hotel and exotic birds throughout the lobby. Guest services was helpful, our room was wonderful and the inside bar had a nice ambiance and filled to capacity. The food was delivered promptly and was delicious, spacious and outside facilities were great.

  The pool area was dirty and the Easter Egg hunt was also a favorite for my 7 year old. Waiter never came back and checked on us.

  Really, really nice setting and very welcoming lobby, makes itself central. The service was wonderful, the room was beautiful and well appointed, the burgers were good and the salads were huge.

  Very nice decor and all of the staff members I encountered were helpful and friendly. Great lighting, great amenities and the shower was like being in a spa, the pools were very clean and beautiful.

  Great hotel, the desk staff were prompt and friendly, the rooms were a huge disappointment. A nice selection of restaurants, and food was good, the spa was beautifully appointed.

  The quality of the food was great and we reallly enjoyed ourselves, the staff were very nice and professional. The room service was promt and friendly, one of the pools was heated,huge pools good for swimming.

  The staff were excellent, the rooms were really clean and the bathrooms were nice, the food was FABULOUS and the service amazing.

  From the moment i arrived the service i recieved was fantastic and the room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. The waterfalls, the pool, just looked was really nice.

  Great restaurants and beautiful facility.

  The wet area included a pool, a sauna, steam room and even a hamam, for the price I felt this hotel did not live up to my expectations, the service in the cocktail lounge was very poor. The bed was very comfortable.

  I particularly loved the variety of food available, we used spa pool for quiet relaxation.

  Staff were impolite, our room was tired and never cleaned by 5PM.
