  Disappointment that the swimming pool/sauna/etc shut during my stay and staff awesome. I liked the room, strong bar selection and great bathrobe. Nice breakfasts, the food at dinner was superb and concierge person was helpful.

  For the price was an excellent major city hotel, overall the service was good and concierge were genuinely friendly and interested in assisting guests. Conference rooms were elegant and the sauna at the spa was pretty nice.

  Food quality in the hotel was good, alex at the front desk was extremely helpful and rooms appeared recently redone and the bathroom was quite large. The the gym facilities were very nice and clean.

  Great location, nice hotel and our view was the historic Rookery Building. The lobby was beautiful, also thew concierge service was very good and the bathroom was as big as the bedroom. The food was excellent and the Gym was amazing.

  Good location, worth The Cost and perfect home in the Windy City. Price fantastic, beautiful lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was nice, the service in the bar was extremely attentive and the food at the Florentine was delicious.

  The hotel is beautiful & and the prices are very reasonable for Chicago. The lobby is warm, clean and staff is very friendly. Bright rooms greet you, the bar and lounge is casual and romantic, breakfast is also very good. The facilities are great.
