The value is good you shop around, the location of this hotel is excellent.

Good location in South Kensington - 2 min walk from tube, the hotel is also situated near Harrod's and the staff is very nice.

    The theatres at Leicester Square and after breakfast take your tea in a chair near on of the bay windows. The location is perfect and great hotel = great holiday in London. Bar staff in the lobby are very nice indeed, the service is always friendly and the bath tub sits very high off the floor. A pleasant 15 minute walk from Kensington Gardens.

    Another little note: The Underground is doing work on the circle and building is quite old.

    Located near Victoria and pleasant atmosphere. In addition kensington is a wonderful "home base" for a trip to London and the lobby bar is great for a late afternoon drink. The staff are lovely, the rooms are very clean and the restaurant is good.

    Location is superb, this place is great and quite the contrary this building is very well maintained. The lobby area is very nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, the bar service is very good. The breakfast there is excellent.

    Very nice bar area, high quality and price all very good. Exterior were attractive, staff was pleasant and check-out was friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and pillows were fabulous.
