Lovely and beautiful location, it's set close to the quayside near the bars and restaurants, and the Eye bridge. The breakfast is complimentary with dairy free, toast and good options, lots to choose from.

Pleasant, fairly clean place with excellent views. Quick check-in, parking nearby. Late check out. Location - great and brilliant next to the river and all the bridges as well as the quayside and town centre. Also, in a zoo with wild animals.

I ate at a great restaurant for Breakfast. A storage, a safe box, and a kettle were useful. The location was marvellous in the good area. Had tea and goodies at Baltic Kitchen, nestled 1 km of the hotel.
Breakfast was dreadful, can definitely be improved.
