Welcome base for discovering Manchester with attentive and best staff from the receptionist who checked us in to the night porter who sold us snacks at 1am. Hot breakfast, airy standard double room. Very clean beds and tea/coffee making equipment, a work desk, and satellite television. Unbeatable and magnificent location close to the train station and main sights. 10 minutes walk from central Manchester.

The rooms turned out to be airy and a nice size with a bath, comfortable bed and new bottles. The location was magnificent and fantastic, around 4-6 minutes' walk from The Palace Theatre. Further, it was really close to still quiet for a good nights rest, the maze and many areas.

The setting was excellent, just off the tram stop, the centre of the city, and Piccadilly Gardens, The Arndale and Oxford Road. I was surprised at nearby Mancoco, they had some goodies, drinks.
The staff was not always friendly.

The king room I stayed in was functional for new bottles of water. The location was good and absolutely perfect on the heart of the city, you may take train on Manchester Victoria train station within 20 minutes walk from here.

Great and stunning location - walk from a theatre and a palace. Easy to reach from Manchester airport, 19 minutes drive. Extremely pleasant and big sized rooms with comfortable bed and lovely bar area.
