All in all I found the hotel to be nice and comfortable within its price range, definitely good value for money and I would certainly enjoy staying there again in the future!
The hotel was an excellent value for the price; it was clean, staff were nothing but friendly and helpful to us.
This hotel provides very good value for money, we booked with activebooked.
The room was excellent value for the money, so much so that we decided not to venture into Central London as we had planned and just ate at the hotel and rested for our next flight.
The location was great for me next to Heathrow airport, hardly used any of the Hotel facilities as we had other places to go and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The night before our flight we took the tube into London to see a show and the location of the hotel was so convenient as Hatton Cross tube station was just over 5 minutes walk away.
Great location 5 minutes walk from Hatton Cross Tube which is one or two stops from Heathrow (depending on your terminal).
My tip is to get there by tube/underground instead of taxi or hotel bus, it is just one station (Hatton Cross) from Terminal 2 (probably the same for all others except 5) and costs only 3 pounds.
The location of the hotel is super; it is a three minute walk to the underground which takes you directly into London and a five minute 'hopper bus' journey to Heathrow airport.
My room was quite large by London standards, nicely decorated in an inoffensive style, with a comfortable bed, an amply supply of smallish towels, an immaculately clean bath with good shower, and ethernet internet access.
The room was lovely there was a single and a double bed the bathroom was spotless.
The room was a decent size with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed.
But they do have tea and coffee making facilities and my room had beds for 3 people (a double bed plus a single bed).
We decided just to go to bed, went up to the room and there were no lights - it was totally black, could not get them to come on, tried to call down to reception but could not see what to dial on the phone to call them.
Nice bar area with inexpensive but good meals, restaurant was good but it is the only choice as hotel is in an area not close to convenience stores or restaurants.
We did not use the restaurant or bar at the hotel, only the coffee shop, but we did eat at the Green Man pub (and enjoyed it very much), just 10 minutes walk away.
Food wasn't that great either, eat at the Bar not the restaurant, Bar has more to offer and better value for money.
Bar/Restaurant: We had dinner at bar when we arrived because it was too late to go out and eat.
The bar and restaurant are basic in appearance and the food is inexpensive but ordinary.
For this price was great, reception staff were very helpful and pleasant, internet access was efficient for me at this time.

Car parking is £7 per day for residents.
3) Car parking costs 7 Pounds during your stay, however, you have to move it before midday, otherwise they charge you a whooping 50 Pounds for a day (for example, if you go sightseeing in central London).
No information was offered and I had to ask about the car parking ticket and how to get it validated.
They do have high speed internet access which was useful for me because I was there on business.
The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and good size.
