Brilliant location and located in central Belfast adjacent to the bus station.

This hotel has a good location, right next to the Opera House and close to shopping.

A very good location, beside Opera House and close to the city centre.

Close to shops, bars and restaurants and two mins walk to the bus station which connects to the airport.

Flew into BELFAST CITY AIRPORT from LONDON CITY AIRPORT, found the airport shuttle bus to the city waiitng outside and?

The rooms are kept to a high standard extremely clean and tidy and really comfortable, the bed felt like knew really comfy.

The room was very spacious, and had a comfortable bed.

The bath and bed were above average for a mid-range hotel.

We had booked a twin room and this turned out to be the double bed, plus a folded down sofa bed.

We were in room 330 at the end of the corridor but the room had a double & single bed, which was ideal for 3 of us and was spotlessly clean!

Breakfast in the restaurant was 5 star expensive by Canadian standards?

The restaurant is OK but the breakfast was pretty average.

I cannot comment on the food as I didn't eat there but some of the friends did and said it was fine, the breakfast was fine!

Although the breakfast was very nice, an all you can eat help yourself buffet, I was not overly impressed with the food in the rrestaurant evening.

Food in the bar was below average and we had to ask 3 times for some condiments and by the time they arrived I had finished my meal, and his had gone cold while while waiting for the mayo & ketchup.

The reception staff were excellent, the receptionist was extremely helpful and the rooms was good.

The only thing i can say is that the staff on reception were very nice, its just a pity the hotel does not give a good service to support their efforts.

Staff were helpful, were very grateful for the help from the night manager/receptionist and the room was very comfortable.

Location is great, the hotel is bright and clean, reception staff are mainly very helpful and friendly.

I agree with the car parking, it would be great.

My only grip again is car parking - we hired a car for a couple of days and though the suggested car park is reasonably close, it could be expensive for a longer stay!

There are no extras in this hotel - no gym, no swimming pool and for the money they charge I am sure you could find more for your money in Belfast.

In addition the rooms are kept to a high standard extremely clean and tidy, breakfast consisted off hot full Irish buffet.

Room was clean, the hot buffet was freshly cooked.

The hotel is bright and clean and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Bathroom was clean and food was not as good as i thought would be.

Very friendly staff seem to care, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast included is more than adequate.
