There was good food, the staff was amazing! Having a sunny patio was like a dream.

During my Christmas stay, I liked the fact that the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. the rooms were clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere.

There were a couple of aspects that I disliked. the breakfast options were quite limited and repetitive, which was a bit disappointing.

We loved the convenient location, with easy access to transportation options like mini buses and trolley buses. The nearby shopping center and Sky bar were a great bonus. The staff, especially Victoria at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and had a nice view. The included meals were delicious and filling, and the hotel had good WiFi. a great value for the price we paid.

Felt privileged, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the free underground car park and the good wifi, which allowed me to stay connected with my family during the holiday season. the hotel’s location was perfect, overlooking a beautiful green park, perfect for a peaceful walk.

The distance from the city centre was a bit of a downside for me. Taxis were cheap, but I would have preferred to be closer to the main attractions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this place and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location was perfect for me as I could easily walk to the town center in just 15 minutes. I felt safe walking around, even at night. Right across the road from the hotel, there was a stunning park with three lakes where you could hire boats. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, always available to help, and even helped me plan trips during my stay. The hotel itself was immaculate, from the rooms to the dining area. My room was incredibly spacious and well-maintained. The food offered at the hotel was delicious, especially the breakfast selection. I also appreciated the prompt and efficient transportation service provided by the hotel. my experience here was fantastic and I can't wait to come back.

The bed was comfortable and the room looked clean. The hotel had a good location near a shopping center, which was great for us. the staff was nice and friendly.

We had some issues with the bathroom as the toilet was leaking and the shower didn't work properly. The hotel lacked good soundproofing, and we could hear everything happening outside.

The location of this hotel is convenient, being near downtown - just 15 minutes by taxi - and close to some good restaurants. In the summer, we can recommend the open-air Vanator restaurant. The room is clean and cosy, and the WIFI works well. The bathroom facilities are good, the shower is hot, and the bed is comfortable.

The breakfast is not very good, with strange dishes like chicken skewers and potato stew.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for travelers to catch their flights. Guests can also find a restaurant downstairs, providing a convenient option for dining. In addition, there are several restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of choices for meals.

Some staff members lack customer service skills, which can result in a less pleasant experience for guests.

The breakfast was sufficient and met European standards. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation during bad weather.
