Somewhat friendly staff, large window that was well shaded.
The location in terms of proximity to the centre of Phnom Penh was great, taxi was reasonable and the drivers outside the hotel were helpful.
BTW Dinner buffet is very good and friendly and a receptionist there are very friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, big thick curtains to block out the light and breakfast in Vanda restaurant is tasty. The Thai massage is incredible, the Pool is quite nice.

And the location is not great, the price is a little bit high.
