I booked this hotel based on the fact that we had come from New York and weren't suprised that most of the prices of the hotels in Boston are pretty much on par with NY in regards to the price.
We booked our room at this hotel through their own website (---------------------) and paid US$77 including all taxes & breakfast for a double room, which was about 1/2 the price at others we looked at in this area.
The location is perfect, for the price you just cant find a better spot in town and the hotel is nice.
The location was central, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the price was great.
Perfectly located to explore central Boston and the location of this hotel is so great.
The hotel is in a great location and proximity to everything.
The hotel is in a perfect location though, right next to the Hancock Tower near Trinity church.
We had just arrived on a 6 hour flight from Reykjavik and had a hassle-free journey from the airport right to Back Bay station which is only a block or 2 from the hotel.
The location is spot on, 2 mins from Copley Subway Station and only 5-10 mins walk to Boston Common and beyond.
The rooms were clean, but small, with a double or queen bed, the bathrooms were clean but spartan.
Big queen size bed, couch, coffee table, large TV, plenty of side tables and drawers, lots of lamps, and a nicely-sized bathroom.
I had reserved a 2 twin bed, room with an additional roll away bed.
We had a large corner room (#729) that had a very comfortable queen bed and a loveseat with a coffee table.
We booked a Queen sized bed that turned out to be a double and that was what all the rooms had.
The hotel has no restaurant, but reception was quick to provide me with menus from delivery restaurants in the area.
Speaking of food, the breakfast was AWFUL.
Air conditioning was the best and breakfast was really satisfactory.

The location was excellent, reception staff were so helpful & friendly we will stay there again we return to visit Boston and the front desk people were nice.
The staff at the front desk called other hotels near by to try and find a room.
Still, we were a bit bothered by it and asked the front desk staff to change rooms.
Secondly, and perhaps most crucially, the front desk staff are very inconsistent.
Comparatively modest price and hot cider in the lobby in the evening.
It is on a side street that leads to a parking garage.
The building itself is quite nice, especially the lobby.
Staff were very helpful, my room was alwyas clean and tidy, breakfast was fine - bagels cream cheese.
The rooms were clean, continental breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms could do with a little updating but everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Additionally room was clean and the breakfast was good.
