The price was the most we paid for any of the hotels and the entire staff was super friendly.
Pros: perfect location five minutes from train, sLH is truthful mark of quality and the staff is the best in Italy.
Great location, modern hotel and the lounge/ lobby area is amazing.
The location is central to all the major attractions in Florence - the Duomo and the hotel is beautiful.
The location on Piazza Santa Maria Novella is central to Florence and the Hotel restourant have also a nice designe.
Lovely common areas and convenient to the train station.

A beautiful hotel, best staff and we loved the extremely comfortable bed.
The staff are just magnificent, the regular rooms are not cheap- we paid almost EUR 300 for our room.
The hotel provide snacks and drinks all day in the lounge, free to anyone staying in the hotel and the mini bar in your room containing soft drinks, water, chocolate etc is free.
The hotel is very peaceful and the mini-bar in your room is free.
Breakfast is a bit disconcerting as there is only one large table to share and cappuccinos are great.
Fast wireless, great restaurants and smart classic Italian.
Furthermore the dinner at their restaurant next door was amazing.
Our flight was cancelled and we arrived 5 hours later than planned to be greeted by a very warm welcome and food and drinks served in a very comfortable lounge with plasma screen TV and scented candles.
A quite good food and a fantastic choice in Florence.
Perfect location within walking distance of the train station, wonderful staff offered a genuine welcome and the Service was excellent - very friendly.
Wonderful staff, the Concierge was very helpful too and the bathroom was well sized.

The luxurious decor, the interior is wonderfully modern and sophisticated, especially the concierge Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We were always greeted with a warm and friendly smile whenever we visited the front desk and were regularly offered advice on the best places to eat, reserving tickets for galleries, museums, etc.

Additionally the rooms were spotless, we were given excellent restaurant recommendations and the concierge's recommendations for dinner were fabulous.
The service was nice, bathroom was extremely clean and breakfast was traditional.
