The hotel's location is great, it was just a short walk from a lively area full of shops and restaurants. Plus, the hot water was consistent and the room was tidy and well-maintained. It made it easy to relax and enjoy our Christmas holiday.
The staff's inability to speak any English made communication difficlut. the air conditioning was not able to keep the room at an appropriate temperature and the Wi-Fi signal was too weak.

I stayed at a hotel in this city recently, and I have to say, the best aspects were the friendly staff, fresh new decor, and the fact that it was very close to the metro. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself had a modern and clean design that I found very appealing. Additionally, the proximity to the metro made it extremely convenient for getting around the city.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Comfortable and clean room. The Wi-Fi connection was very good and reliable. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to many tourist attractions and restaurants.
Some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which caused some misunderstandings. The walls were too thin, and we could hear our neighbors clearly.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is superb, with the subway station just a stone's throw away. We found it extremely convenient to explore the city and visit the nearby attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with any request. Moreover, we were amazed by the luxurious amenities provided here. The rooms were beautifully decorated with fresh new decor and the bed was so comfortable that we enjoyed a restful sleep every night. Additionally, the strong hot water in the shower was a delight to experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find some international TV channels available, which allowed us to unwind and relax after a long day.
This place comes highly recommended for everyone.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful view from our window. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including strong wifi and a hot shower.
The walls were a bit thin, which caused some noise disturbances at times.
