I had a great stay at Best Western JFK! The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the helpful front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean

When we arrived, they did not have record of our reservation. They were able to give us our 2 rooms that we requested. The rooms were warm and the air didn't work at all in one of them.

Location away from the centre. car is an advantage. Underground parking spaces fully booked. Prior reservation necessary.

Great staff! They arranged an early morning espresso and pastries for our flight. Convenient location near train station. Clean room with comfortable bed. Good selection at breakfast. Easy access to transportation and football stadium. 👍

The man at the reception did not speak English. So when I made a call, we could not have a conversation. We had to walk a little bit from the closest metro station but the hotel was good!

Had a great Xmas experience at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and we had a fantastic view from the large windows. The temperature controls were easy to use making sure we were always cozy. The staff was beyond amazing! They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even showed us the key locations around the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with everything anyone could want. The giant honeycomb was a pleasant surprise, and we loved it!

We wished the hotel had a more lively area with more options for dining and shopping. We had to venture out a bit to find a few good places.

The location, although not in the city center, was very convenient for us. The bus stop was right near the hotel and took us directly to the Acropolis. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay. The quality of the hotel was exceptional, especially considering the affordable price. The room was small but clean, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It was perfect for our 3-4 day visit as tourists.
