This hotel was relaxing and I would want to stay there again. Everything was lovely from the good service to the outstanding food. The stuff where amiable, the location was excellant and ideal. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. I really enjoyed well-organised and generous sized rooms with an open bathroom.

After my long trip, I found Jetwing to be a good place for relaxation, with a wonderful view and proximity to the beach. The design of the rooms was interesting, with private outdoor bathrooms. The hotel has two pools, including one with an ocean view. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the spa, pool, and room comfort were great. The Front Office Manager was particularly helpful, and we enjoyed a delicious and extended breakfast.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Very nice, quite big hotel with giantic rooms and separate big bathroom with the shower and a bath. Very nice 100 m long pool with warm water and a nice restaurant. Situated by the beach. We had a great time there as a couple, very luxury and romantic hotel.

This location was good and beautiful, right by the Negombo lagoon and sea, and the flight path for the airport. Consistently courteous staff was available all the time. Amazing breakfasts with delicious fresh fish as well as all the usual international fare and all the usual international fare, as for instance, everyone could try something new;))

The hotel offers a variety of family-friendly facilities, including a spacious pool area that our children absolutely loved. The second pool by the beach provided a breathtaking view and an added touch of tranquility.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for children near the pool.

Appreciated this eco-friendly hotel, and we will certainly stay here again. The staff was nice and the place was fairly clean. The location was peaceful and great for us - in front of restaurants and bars.

We enjoyed our stay by the lagoon with stunning views from the restaurant. Breakfast was top-class and we loved the delicious devilled chicken. Hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Jetwing Lagoon is good no doubt. We really enjoyed our stay. Having breakfast in front of lagoon water was just amazing. Staffs all are extremely friendly. Pool is just amazing.

We had booked Deluxe Room and there was no where mentioned that it has two separate beds... We were dissapointed with that as we were looking for one Queen size bed but after making many calls they finally fixed it but that was good enough. Food we felt is very expensive and We are vegetarians and no much choice also. We had asked for Airport pick up which they failed to provide and we only ended up in approaching some Jetwing guy and he helped us out but it took a while. In bathroom area there are lot of musquitos we just cant spend time there.

Room was very basic with no luxury amenities. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired with dirty towels and sheets.

The web site indicate that the rooms have an ocean view but it's only few of'em got only lagoon view. :(. The food need more options than the offered everyday specialy in the breakfast. Restaurant staff need more training.

Great views from the room, interesting local fauna all around, and friendly enough staff. The bathroom had a somewhat unique touch, which was interesting. Convenient ocean access and a lovely pool on the property, but unfortunately, that's all the good news.

There was not a single cooked item that was remotely decent, the coffee was atrocious, and the juice tasted artificial. For this price point, we expected a much higher level of quality.

Rooms are excellent: spacious, comfortable, clean, elegant; and swimming pool impressively big.They serve good food (bit pricy though considering size of the portions) and the restaurant has great view on the backwaters. Hotel is new and they organised it with attention to details.

Checkout was a nightmare. Not only the person who was taking care, was also taking all the incoming calls, hence been permanently distracted, but also claimed that my AmEx should have had 16 digit number and this is my problem that it does not.After 30 minutes I was told my bill cannot be issued with my proper name, that I have mentioned both at the time of reservation and on the check in form.

Loved my stay, it was pleasant. The accommodation was exceptional, pool was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was well-trained and extremely helpful and responsive to requests. The room was themed and a nice size, had smoke detectors for the safety. Free Wi-Fi was strong and the service was very good.
