A very clean bed and a well-organised room overall. Location not far from jesselton point to go for island hopping, the center of town and shopping malls. Nice food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

My sister and I stayed at Jesselton for a few days before Christmas. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the location couldn't be better. The room had everything we needed, including bathrobes and slippers, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel has a charming colonial feel and the spacious marble bathroom with a bathtub was a bonus. We also loved the large comfy chairs in the room, making it feel cozy and comfortable. a great experience staying at Jesselton.

    Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a weekend and loved the big and comfy twin beds in our spacious room. The staff were nice and very helpful. Location was perfect with plenty of eateries nearby. We also enjoyed reading the complimentary newspapers in the morning.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim and at times some of the lights didn't work. , one of the chairs was in poor condition with worn-out fabric.
