Comfortable stay with friendly staff. The breakfast set was worth it, with a variety of delicious food options. The location was great, near cafes and interesting sites. Despite some maintenance issues, the hotel holds a unique charm. I would recommend this hotel.

A very clean bed and a well-organised room overall. Location not far from jesselton point to go for island hopping, the center of town and shopping malls. Nice food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

The rooms were fully renovated and with a satisfactory breakfast included. A safe box and a storage were a bonus. Location: the hotel was just next door to interesting and highlights of Kota Kinabalu, Easy to walk to great restaurants, and local shops, waterfront activities and seafood market /restaurant.

My sister and I stayed at Jesselton for a few days before Christmas. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the location couldn't be better. The room had everything we needed, including bathrobes and slippers, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel has a charming colonial feel and the spacious marble bathroom with a bathtub was a bonus. We also loved the large comfy chairs in the room, making it feel cozy and comfortable. a great experience staying at Jesselton.

Everything there was modern and the staff were brilliantly helpful. We booked a double room, it was complete with the fridge and backyard view. The location was comfortable for walking around Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. Tbh, had a very very good stay for 5 nights;)))

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With prices that won't break the bank, you'll get great bang for your buck. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with excellent decor that reflects a continuity in plantation style. The bed is simply amazing, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The location couldn't be better, right in the city center and nearby all the tourist attractions. Additionally, the staff provides top-notch service, ensuring that all your needs are met.

had a wonderful romantic weekend in kk, jesselton exceeded expectations! staff went above and beyond, manager even surprised us with an upgrade to a suite and a cake for my wife's birthday. perfect location to explore the historic city and delicious seafood markets just a short walk away.

Stayed for a weekend and loved the big and comfy twin beds in our spacious room. The staff were nice and very helpful. Location was perfect with plenty of eateries nearby. We also enjoyed reading the complimentary newspapers in the morning.
Lighting in the room was a bit dim and at times some of the lights didn't work. , one of the chairs was in poor condition with worn-out fabric.

I stayed at a charming and cozy hotel that was centrally located in the heart of the city, right in the centre of Kota Kinabalu. The hotel provided excellent transportation services that made it easy for me to access tourist attractions, from the government tourist center to the Sunday market. Additionally, it was very clean with comfortable facilities, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The staff was attentive and provided a friendly atmosphere throughout my stay.
