Great location, the hotel building is very impressive and the rooms are very well presented.
Great location, design/place : Over the top spacious and the rooms are very well presented.
Brilliant location by the sea even though not all rooms have a sea view.
I asked for a ride to the airport at check out , which I forgot to do in advance, but only waited 10 min for a driver in a nice and clean Ford Crown Victoria which went very smooth.
If you have never been to Jeddah, the airport is a zoo at midnight.
Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are large but feature only a combination shower/bathtub -- surprising given the size of the bathrooms.
The rooms are very comfortable with great views from the balcony and room service was good.
The rooms and bathroom and spacious, with spotless housekeeping.
The rooms are small even when you are used to travelling in Europe, and the bathroom not up to standard (no seperate shower, very basic supplies).
Fantastic rest room, a large television and your own DVD player.
The food of various cuisines in the other restaurants is quite good, so it would be a shame to default to a burger.
The main restaurant serves only buffet style, except for some limited hours in the afternoon, so I rarely ate there, except for breakfast.
A large television, the Persian restaurant provides great food and outdoor pools.

The front desk personnel definitely needs to attend some work shops on customer service and work ethics.
All staff from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant are a delight.
Superb Las Vegas style Health club with sauna/steambath,Pool/snooker table,Spa,Luxurious sitting lounge in club with own small cafe.
Absolutely a great hotel and modern and fabulous lobby.
Design/place : Over the top spacious, modern and fabulous lobby, the likes of which i have never seen.
My room was spacious, quiet, fresh and clean with a sliding door that opens towards a small balcony with manificant sunset views across the sea.
Restaurants were good quality, staff was very nice and the room was clean and modern.
