The room was very spacious, especially for being in such a great location in Paris, the hotel was beautiful and the staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom was bright.

Great location, near to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, the hotel is beautifully appointed, the service at the Jays is the best I have ever seen. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet.

All in all a wonderful place to stay, unbelievably attentive staff and bright, very clean, LARGE and incredibly comfy rooms. Heated towel racks, lots of great restaurants and huge and the special touches of fruit.
