One of the highlights of our stay at this hotel was the beautiful location in a park, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The hotel's attention to detail was also impressive, from the traditional British-style design to the lovely restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money this hotel offered, especially considering the reasonable prices for the rooms. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Menu and evening meal facility is somewhat limited (evening meals are not always available) but there are good facilities in the nearby town.

Jaunmoku is set in a lovely estate in the Latvian countryside about 10 minutes out of Tukums by car. It was extremely peaceful and quiet which is exactly what we wanted. There was no restaurant open for dinner (maybe because there were few people there in the off season) but the rate included a very good breakfast (with a cooked option). Staff were very pleasant too.

The beautiful surroundings were definitely one of the best aspects. We enjoyed walking around the garden and the nearby lake. The excursion with the audio guide was also nice and informative. Another advantage was the helpful staff who assisted us during the check-in process.

We were disappointed by the poor condition of the room. The bathroom was old and dirty. We also didn't like the fact that the breakfast was minimal and without many options. The slow and almost non-existing Wi-Fi signal was another big downside of our stay. we felt that the hotel was not worth the price we paid.

The hotel in convenient located close to the main road and has a pleasant park. If you stay here pay the extra money to stay in the palace.

The cheaper rooms are located in the stable they are clean but noisy. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Spent New Year's Eve at a historic castle. The surroundings are gorgeous and worth the visit. We enjoyed a lovely boat ride and toured the castle's museum. The staff was amazing, courteous, and attentive. The highlight of the evening was the firework display that we watched from the castle's gardens. The rooms were clean and cozy. it was a unique and memorable way to spend New Year's.

The ambiance of the castle hotel's building needs an upgrade to match the price and the historical location. Unfortunately, our room had a few flaws like a malfunctioning bathroom floor and poor sound insulation.
