The hotel is located literally on the platform of the railway station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train. The staff at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered at this hotel was impressive, with a good spread of options to choose from.

This hotel is in a convenient location right in front of the train station, making it ideal for those arriving or departing by train. It is also very close to Kiruna city centre, just a short uphill walk away. The rooms are clean and spacious, with rustic features like timber floors and charming double doors. The bathrooms have hot and strong showers. The staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests, such as providing excellent service during breakfast.
The hotel could benefit from some renovations, as it has an outdated feel and could use some maintenance.

The hotel's continental breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. The comfortable beds and free internet access provided a great experience. Plus, the hotel's close proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for my business trip.
The furniture in the rooms was a bit outdated. the lack of elevators made it difficult to carry my luggage upstairs.

We particularly enjoyed the spacious suite room and the rustic charm of the timber floors and double doors in the room. It's also worth noting that the bathroom had a hot and strong shower that was perfect after a day of exploring.
Some rooms were small, dark, and uninviting. The decor in some rooms was outdated and could use some modernization.

The staff is incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even reopening breakfast for us when we woke up late. The rooms were clean and had basic amenities like a TV and DVD player, perfect for a cozy night in. The breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety of options.
