Good location (close from the zocalo). Really good personal, nice and helpful. Hotel nicely decorated with plants and flowers. Good restaurant.

I read before booking the hotel that it was very noisy, and thought I wouldn't mind as I was going to wake up early and sleep late...but it is really too noisy. People in the room in front came back at night around 3am and even if they were only speaking, it was enough to wake us. It feels like they are in your room!

The rooms are bad old, not very cleaned and noisy

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. Everything was at a close proximity. The internet connection was great and never failed. It was also nice to have parking included with our stay.

The hotel had cold showers, which was quite uncomfortable considering the low temperatures of the area. We had no idea we had to ask for the hot water, and even after asking it took almost an hour to work.

The restaurant and location of the hotel were the best aspects of the stay. The food was simple but delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was walking distance from many attractions, and public transportation was easily accessible. Another advantage was the fast Wi-Fi that helped us plan our city trips.

The room was a nightmare. The bed was uncomfortable and the noise levels were unbearable. There was constant noise from outside and we could hear everything going on in the hallway and other rooms. There were no curtains, which meant we had no privacy and the room was too bright to sleep in past sunrise. The worst aspect was the lack of hot water. After waiting for 40 minutes, we were still forced to take cold showers which was very disappointing.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and provided us with a quiet room at the back of the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast to-go, which included a cup of coffee and orange juice. The hotel location is perfect as it is close to everything but still in a quiet area away from the parties. Parking was safe and accessible at any time.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to everything. Sightseeing spots, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance. the outdoor garden was lovely, making up for the hotel's interior décor. Though the rooms were not well-lit, they were clean, spacious, and came equipped with all the essential facilities, such as air-conditioning.

The hotel did not live up to my expectations because of loud noise from the interior.
