Greatly enjoyed my real good stay at least in winter time. The hotel was right by thge black volcanic sand beach of Playa de Santiago and the other restaurants thanks to its amazing and stunning location. Dined at La Marea, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

It was in a beautiful and lovely location in HB restaurant. Got superior room with a balcony when arrived, greatly enjoyed that.

stunning landscaped gardens, the captivating tours of the nearby garden and plantation, comfortable rooms set in a botanical garden, refreshing salt water pool with breathtaking cliff views, plenty of dining options including vegan dishes and grilled meats.

Some rooms have small balconies or terraces with no privacy 😕.

The apartment was nice, the layout very nice, the view overwhelming.

Breakfast and dinner are on the same level as a Siemens company canteen; not really bad, not really good, but mass processing. And from an actually so high and expensive hotel we had expected something different here. The sauna costs extra - this is irritating. The wi-fi in the room did not work. The friendliness of the staff was partly good, partly it left much to be desired.

In the room was only one armchair for 2 persons

The room itself was air conditioned, newly remodelled and had the things we needed. The breakfast was nice hot, the check in was quick.

The hotel was in a lovely and perfect position just off taxis, the sea, beach and the local town, and the Jardin Tecina. We saw Gomera Walking, that's just a short walk away from the venue. The superior room that we stayed in was modern and newly renovated.

Nice and unbeatable location for our visit to Playa Santiago Beach relatively close to the hotel. And very close to beautiful gardens overlooking the sea, hikes on offer in the office and a cliff with very nice views of the ocean.

The breakfast looked good hot, for all tastes, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it. The location was prime for getting around, as a ferry port was nearby the hotel. There was a clean restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door. We recommend the place...
