Given the reasonable price, this hotel offer great value.

Perfect location for shopping and near Retiro.

Relaxing part of the city convenient to everything and a quiet hotel in quiet street in an excellent location for visiting the three major museums.

The location was excellent, the stuff was helpful and kind, the staff was more than pleasant.

Suggest provide listing/bus route, metro stops close to hotel; metro stops for tourist sights; dinning places near hotel.

Good location and the hotel was near to 2 metro stations.

Guest rooms are modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Minibars are stocked with complimentary beverages including mineral water and soda, and the room rate includes a very nice breakfast buffet.

Location was perfect since most of the city's main attractions are all in walking distance, went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and the room is very big.

Location are great, very spacious rooms - I have never seen any like this in other 4 stars Madrid hotels and the furnitures are new.

The room overlooking the garden was lovely, excellent breakfast we all enjoyed.

Liked its kitchen facilities even we did not use them and a la carte food were very good value Spanish cuisine freshly cooked for us at the early hour of 8 pm.

The garden looked nice you couldn't eat your breakfast there.

I particularly liked its accesibility to Calle Serrano, the shops and the tapas bar.

Accommodating staff, nice furniture and the buffet breakfast was ample.

The staff at reception was exceptional, the rooms were large and comfortable, the breakfast selection was excellent.

The location was fantastic for anyone running the Madrid Marathon, the hotel was extremley comfortable and staff at reception were helpful and knowledgeable.

The location was pretty central, we had a delightful stay and i found the reception staff very helpful.

The pc just off the reception area was very useful, the location of the hotel was excellent - a 10 minute walk from the Prado and staff was very polite and helpful.

Secure car parking on-site, the Retiro park is just 4 minutes walk away and great Chinese restaurant on the same street you are tired of Spanish tapas.

Common areas were lovely, provided good value for money and the lobby was beautiful.

Our suite included a well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi that was great after a full day of sightseeing, and a large terrace.

Big room Good Location clean and we certainly enjoyed ourselved in.

The room was very clean, the buffet breakfasts were very good.

Big room Good Location clean and we certainly enjoyed ourselved in the beautiful delightful setting. Personnel at front desk were able to answer all our questions, another plus were the little things inside the bathroom like shampoo and everything was fantastic - the breakfast was a highlight.

Good location and the hotel was near to 2 metro stations. The staff were really helpful - they went the extra mile to inform us and was pleased that there was a kitchenette in the room. The breakfast was lovely.

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist explained many of the attractions of Madrid in excellent English and i have to say our stay was very pleasant. Also staff at reception were very helpful and the superior room had a lovely terrace. The breakfast was very nice.

Far from the noise of the Gran Via or other sites, the hotel is very quiet - we had rooms overlooking the inner garden/courtyard - you would not know you were in the middle of a big city.

Air conditioning too loud and i think they should have a clear rule that children under a certain age have breakfast for free.
