I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many conveniences easily reached, including a car rental service that I used. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a spacious dressing area. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I especially want to mention the friendly and efficient staff member, Debora, who made a lasting impression with her charm and warmth.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The free Wi-Fi was comfortable for working. Set only 1000 feet away, La cantina del convento is a wonderful place to eat nearby. We could easily get to oratorio della carita and oratorio del Gonfalone was close to the hotel.

This hotel is situated in a central location, with many conveniences easily reached. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. An excellent buffet breakfast was offered, with a wide selection of choices. there were complimentary toiletries available in the decent-sized bathrooms.
The bathroom in my room needed an upgrade, as the shower and sink were worn out.

Central location for the old town
It is misleading to maintain that this hotel has air conditioning, when it does not. It has a fan system which does not cool the air. Hot uncomfortable rooms in the Summer. The bedrooms also need refurbishing. Not sure how this hotel still has a 4 star rating.

The breakfast variety was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. the staff members were friendly and eager to help.
The hotel was quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The rooms were dingy and basic, lacking modern amenities and decor.

Convenient Location and Polite Staff
During my Easter weekend stay at this hotel, I found the location to be extremely convenient. It was near several attractions and restaurants that I enjoyed during my visit. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I liked the fact that they offered free Wi-Fi and a restaurant on-site.
There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. The room was dated and had a few cleanliness issues that left me feeling uncomfortable.
