    Had originally been assigned a 2nd floor room but needed a 1st floor room due to medical issues with travel partner.

    Manager on duty did some adjusting and we received a 1st floor room.

    We traveled with another couple and upon arriving we found out that we had one smoking and one non-smoking room.

    We thought we had booked non-smoking rooms, but since we had booked thru a third party website, and that website did not relay the non-smoking preference, we did not have any rights to that reservation.

    I'd recommend calling the hotel directly to make a reservation - this way you know what room you are reserving.

    TERRIBLE smelling), but once we returned to the front desk a couple in front of us released one of the reservations they had made and we were accommodated in the end.

    The girl behind the counter kept her cool even when challenged by our friends about the reservation.
