Apparently the James Street Inn shrinks away from taking responsibility for their rooms and their guests' comfort.

They discounted our room 20 bucks and that was the end of it.

We tried running the water for some time but this problem never went away.

The staff and management are as friendly and professional as I have encountered in over 25 years of business travel.

When we informed the manager she said it was probably due to the city "blowing out the pipes".
