The hotel restaurant “Hot” is very good value for money, don't forget to try Bohemian Champaign.
I will no longer recommend this hotel to friends/colleagues due to the poor value for money, exceptionally low standards of service and the ongoing renovation/construction works within the hotel.
Also ate in the Czech Restuarant 5 doors down from the hotel, traditional Czech but did not come near to Hot (Hotels own restuarant) price or quality.
Well situated and this stylish hotel was in an excellent location.
It is located in a great location short walk from everywhere - jewish quarter, old town square and charles bridge and is on the main shopping street!
Loved the location and nice modern design.
Extremely central, and close to the very well developed underground Metro station.
The package included airport transfers by private taxi, city tour with really good tour guide & tickets for a cultural performance of our choice, of which there were several to choose from, and a really nice suite.
Very clean, comfortable and efficient, good room on quiet 7th floor, large bed, new furnishings, nice bathroom.
Room was decorated in warm colors, good beds and a new and modern bathroom.
Room was perfect, facing Wenceslas square but not noisy, most comfy bed we had slept in abroad and well decorated room.
We had a room at the front of the hotel on the third floor with a double balcony, the room was spotless and the bed massive.
Our room was fantastic, we had a huge bedroom, separate huge sitting area, two balconies and the most fantastic bathroom ever, his and hers sinks, separate shower cubicle, complimentary toiletries and gorgeous dressing gowns.
We were out from after breakfast till after our evening meal but it would've been nice to have had even a small area / coffee bar, that was quiet & relaxing; the main restaurant / bar is all there is!
We also went the the HOT restaurant (where breakfast is served - the restaurant is attached to the hotel) in the evening and had a beautiful meal, with a pianist and singer in the background.
Room was very clean, very good restaurant provided excellent breakfasts.
Moreover the outside bar/restaurant is good for.

The reception staff were fine and the concierge brilliant.

The staff on reception are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
We had no real complaints about the hotel but do beware of hidden extras such as parking (£15 per day) and Internet if you wish to use it is also extra.
The lobby is quite small and average, not what you'd expect for a 4 star.
The rooms were impeccably clean, tidy and incredibly comfortable.
