I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always willing to assist me with any questions or requests. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the daily refresh service was excellent. The hotel facilities, including the spacious lounge/bar and dining area, were impressive. The menus offered ample and very tasty options, and the value for money was great. The wifi coverage throughout the hotel was excellent, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. Additionally, I enjoyed the large, well-heated pool and sauna, as well as the secure ski storage with heated boot racks.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The wifi coverage was excellent, allowing us to stay connected wherever we were in the hotel. The highlight for us was the large, well-heated pool with its accompanying sauna, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. The secure ski storage with heated boot racks was also a great feature, ensuring that our gear was in top condition for hitting the slopes.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing, always friendly and ready to help. The food was delicious and offered great value for money. Plus, the authentic atmosphere really added to the overall experience. Best of all, the hotel had a large, well-heated pool with a sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The bed in my room was quite uncomfortable. The mattress had visible springs and was quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The spacious lounge/bar and dining area were great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The hotel also had excellent wifi coverage, which was a bonus for staying connected during our Christmas vacation.
There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. The bathroom layout in our room was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
