Room service prompt, decent location and nice hotel. Lobby and bar were clean and spacious, the staff here were great. The bed was heavenly, concierge was friendly we went for dessert and coffee.

The staff were accomodating and friendly, the rooms were spotless and the location was terrific, we ended up eating in the hotel restaurant was convenient, the front desk had prepared hot chocolate. Flat screen tv was pretty nice too, the concierge lounge was very disappointing in its meal and beverage offerings, every employee I encountered was very friendly. The indoor heated pool was actually warm and wonderful.

Staff were very quick to address a printing issue in the business center, the front desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Restaurant service and food was good albeit a little pricey.

Great place for biz travelers, good staff and sprinkled water like a light summer rain. Breakfast is very delicious and the indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained and relaxing.
