Clean and good location, this hotel was not bad, the staff we encountered were all friendly.

We are a military family traveling a lot, we weren't impressed at all, with the location of the hotel, rooms and personnel conduct.

If you are looking for a romanticand quiet vacation, don't use this hotel or location is too turistic.

Good choice of restaurants around the hotel, staff helpful and friendly, big Big bed.

Our room was clean and comfortable - my only criticism would be that the vents above the door and in the bathroom let in insects and noise.

After having just landed from a night flight with no sleep on board we were hoping for a bed but who checks out at 6 in the morning?

However, if you wanted to liven the experience, the Pizza Garden restaurant is quite the place with great food and cheaper alternatives, including drinks.

An over night stay on our way to Safari, Hotel is dated, comfortable and a good introduction to the fantastic service of all the otyer hotels we stayed at, a good eat all you can buffet for the dinner and breakfast we had.

Overall the Jacaranda was fine as an overnight stop on the way to our safari and all food in the Hotel bar was well over priced.

The actual restaurants in the hotel were quite cozy and peaceful.

The restaurant is not matched anywhere in Nairobi, and the staff are extremely friendly and hospitable.

Very friendly staff from the bell man till the manager and room is comfortable enough.

Near to the Gypsie place and the reception we received was freindly.

More importantly, the staff was attentive and very professional.

The free bus service to the city centre was also greatly appreciated.

There is a large swimming pool, extensive gardens and it's very quiet.

There is a small travel agent located in the lobby who can arrange trips in and around Nairobi or further afield.

There is a free shuttle bus to & from Nairobi, 15 minutes away.

The staff very attentive, the room was clean and tidy, the meals were very good.

The rooms were clean and right sized for two people.

Bathrooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is quiet extensive and tasty.
