This luxurious hotel provided me with exclusive amenities and services during my stay. The Spa & Wellness Centre and swimming pool were highlights of my relaxation experience, while the sun terrace offered stunning views. The private facilities were a major plus, allowing for a peaceful and personalized vacation. The room advantages were unsurprisingly fantastic, plush and comfortable with high-end amenities. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a restaurant buffet and a wide variety of cuisine options. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The restaurant was a bit more expensive than anticipated, with limited menu options. However, the quality of the food was still exceptional.

Found a bug in my daughter's omellet! The room was not checked, so fittings were broken, there was no hot water, no toiletries, etc. No sea views from an upstairs room! Check in is very slow for such a small hotel.

Ubsolutely nothing! Worst hotel experience ever.

Our weekend started with our rooms not being ready on arrival at 12h45 in a clearly empty venue. NO one offered to help with our luggage. We had to ask for assistance The carpets were dirty in our hotel room on arrival our bathroom invested with ants. We had the Jazuzzi and all lights running in 24/7 in this "eco friendly" hotel. Breakfast was more than inferior with 'polony' like meats and rubber like cheese on the buffet overcooked eggs, rama instead of butter. (5star?) Absolutely no service, with hair on the plate and table and a cat roaming through the dinning room. we asked for the plate with hair to be removed and was approached by the manager with "I believe you have an issue with a hair on your plate". Instead if putting the wedding party close to the function venue we were placed next door to the function and had to endure speeches, bad music, drunken guest till the early hours. Our room was not made up even after our return at 15h00. Only then to be serviced with wet sheets and duvet covers. I can go on and on about this hotel with a 5 star rating that should not have one. You offered a discounted rate on bookings.com and we never received the discount.

Location is perfect, less traffic due to the size of the hotel thus more relaxed atmosphere the spa makes it even more attractive though their staff could be more friendly. Room very clean and well maintained. Hotel surrounded by very nice golfing and shopping facilities.

Parking Facilities very far from the reception and also leaves falling from the trees above makes it impossible to keep your car clean. Drop off zone will do with a shelter to protect the guests from bad weather, also very narrow makes it very difficult to turn. Some staff member very friendly some are trying very hard to please the customer yet not knowing the customers needs more staff training needed.
