The venue is ideal, it offers good breakfast and has fab location just off everything, lots of shops, spas, bars and restaurants, Ark Bar which is the busiest bar for all the younger crowd who want to party and restaurants, bars and night life. The rooms are clean and include a coffee maker and a fridge. It has really kind and very obliging staff and boasts exceptional views of the ocean.

The location is marvellous and fab, 3 km from Chaweng. It is walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Our stay at Iyara Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just steps away from the vibrant heart of Chaweng with its shops and restaurants. The beach views from the pool area were stunning, and it was a joy to watch the world go by. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The decor was tasteful and the hotel was kept clean and pristine. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Iyara Beach Hotel And Plaza.

Great location, good breakfast, nice pool - kids pool too, Excellent staff, not crowded - very peaceful - lots of sunchairs at the poolside and on the beach, beachlocation - greats wievs when you eat breakfast.

Very porly build. The premises are going outdated very fast due to use of cheap materials when building the place, therefore its look very run down even if the hotel is quite new. And the internetconnection is a joke. Thru cyberpoint the hotel offers 7 hours internet for the price of 500 tbh. There is no option to buy unlimited internet. And for a 4 star hotel the cleaning is very bad. During over 11 days stay they cleaned the place maybe twice. Then we started to clean ourselves. But they make the beds all the time;.).. Still a great place to stay - mainly for the location and lack of crowd and fantastic staff - and of course the price - 50 eur a day with breakfast (july 2011)

Prego Italian Restaurant, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. Close to chaweng boxing stadium and samui elephant sanctuary.

Wonderfully appointed rooms for an extra 5000, very good services. Perfect location to all activities on the island of Koh Samui in a really friendly area. Plus, walking distance to Stars Cabaret...

The room was incredible with wifi and the staff excellent friendly and affable. It was in a good location walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the activities on the island. The hotel had a beautiful set up for dinner right on the sand, creating a romantic and idyllic atmosphere. The tepees with flowing fabric and colorful lights added a magical touch to the evening. The weather was also perfect, making it an unforgettable experience. the staff had good English communication skills, which made communication easy and convenient.

The condition of the facilities and rooms was poor and in need of a makeover. There were mildew tiles, cheap shower curtains, and bath fixtures that needed replacement.

Nice hotel, nice clean rooms, I recomment this hotel only for a short period.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel near a beautiful beach. The location was perfect, being right on the beach and close to everything Chaweng Beach has to offer. The hotel had a lovely pool area with the option of finding shelter from the sun if needed. The staff provided outstanding service, reacting to every request immediately and conducting themselves in a super professional and ethical manner. The room comfort and cleanliness were top-notch. The hotel also offered amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was reliable, and the staff went above and beyond to satisfy all my needs.

This hotel is highly recommended to families.
