Itc Maratha, Mumbai - 孟买

Everything in the room was in excellent condition -- bed, chairs, work table, etc.

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom clean, the restaurants and bars were ambient, with a high standard of food, knowledgeable staff and live (not rock) music.

All the bath room seems poorly maintained.

My second complaint was the bath in my room or more specifically the rust around the plug hole.

The steam room, dry sauna, and hot tub were all in good order.

Breakfast is good and there are quite a few high-quality restaurants on site, making up for being too far away to go out to eat in town.

Super rooms, pleasant bar and asian food - all fantastic.

Checkout the Peshawri restaurant where you eat with your hands.

Food in the hotel is great (there is one top restaurant).

There are multiple restaurants, serving all sorts of different Indian Western and Asian food - all fantastic.

The staff was 5-star as were the accommodations, the restaurants and the in house services.

Unbelieveable service by everyone, especially the concierge team who were always available for good advice and actual help.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is great.

Just returned from an enjoyable stay at the Grand Maratha and the staff was very very friendly.

The swimming pool is too small to enjoy but the spa is fine and of high quality.

And although I checked out early morning they gave me free access to the spa facilities to get a late night shower/steambath/sauna before going to the international airport for my after midnight flight.

Food was super, the pool attendants were wonderful.
