Sheraton Park Hotel & Towers

Excellent location and the commons areas of the hotel are simply wonderful to look at.

The location of this hotel is brilliant and the beach is just down the road.

The hotel is in the good location and staff are very courteous.

The location of this hotel is brilliant, door staff are probably the most helpful i have had in a and the rooms are very spacious.

I am able to work from a remote location and coming from California, USA this was very remote.

Sadly my colleague got a room which had a high humidity factor and damp bed (the staff promptly moved him).

The cleaning service respected the do not disturb or please clean lights (you controlled these lights outside your door from a panel next to the bed) and usually left fresh flowers in the room on the table.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was nicely stocked from hair care products to bath salt.

I stayed at the hotel several times (unfortunately my company favours it) and each time the rooms smelled like mould, the ACs were noicy and once the toilet was leaking water onto the floor.

Some carpet, some tile; a few more square feet in the new rooms -- I stayed in in the Old Wing (dubbed "The Towers") and was quite happy with my room.

Rooms on this floor also include afternoon cocktails and canapes in the Dubliner's bar, 4 pieces of laundry, and breakfast in Cappuccino Restaurant.

Found the Italian restaurant to have good food and good service, we typically just ate the breakfast buffet there but after a couple of days they remembered that I like South Indian Coffee.

Dakshin's (the south indian restaurant in the hotel) service was atrocious and our food was subpar compared to other indian restaurants in the area.

The residency is a multi-cuisine buffet restaurant, and it was very good food and above average service for india (which is still slow compared to the western world).

The food quality of the dining restaurants is better and the staff is extremely accommodating and professional.

The restaurant service is 2 star, while the front desk and door staff are probably the most helpful i have had in a while.

The service in this Hotel was a great exprience and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The hotel staff is very polite, the cleaning service respected the do not disturb or please clean lights and the rooms are so beautiful that you will never forget.

Swimming pool and fitness center (with its old but still working machines) were closed at 8 pm, so I could only use them at weekends, as I was coming back from my job about at the same time.

The large swimming-pool was a plus, as was the stylish lobby decorated with abstract act and Indian motifs.

The hotel has several restaurants and shops, nice fitness center and a pool.

Clean and comfortable, perhaps in need of modernisation and redecoration in some areas could do with an iron, board, trouser press in rooms for instance.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was able to direct party goers and the rooms were spacious.
