The Italia Hotel is situated in Nessebar, on the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria. It is near Christ Pantokrator Church. There is a regular transport connecting Bourgas and Pomorie to Nessebar and Slunchev Bryag (Sunny Beach).

Getting there.

The Hotel Italia is located in the central part of the town of Nesebar - 15 metres from the bus station.

The easiest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by taxi. There are private taxis typical for the seaside towns due to the great number of tourists.

The nearest airport is a Bourgas Airport located 25 km away from the hotel.

The beach is conveniently located at a small walking distance.

Getting around.

The trip to the "Bourgas" airport from the hotel takes only 25 minutes by taxi.

The hotel provides easy access to the nearby Bus stop.

  Great pool/bar area and at maximum 10 minutes walk to old town. Hotel is cosy, excellent value for money and first class service, the beds are also amazing, I was impressed by the round ones, just huge and very convenient. The breakfast is very good.

  S a very nice hotel, very clean, excellent service and the owner very friendly and helpful. Good bathroom and toiletries, fresh vegetables. We used sauna and gym.

  Quite cramped as location and the Old Town is at a 15 minutes walking distance.

  Very quiet residential area, old town and the manager was very kind and the hotel has a very good breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and very large and comfortable and the room was very clean. The pool was very nice.

  The pool area was very clean warm and cleared of leaves daily, the bathroom was spotless and our balcony overlooked the quiet street. Hotel italia was perfect, the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent.
