The hotel was excellent value, I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodating staff and lovely breakfasts. The room was neat and functional, included electric blankets. The service was friendly in my opinion. It was in a marvellous and incredible location an easy walk to Koutoubia.

Hotel Islane is a clean place with unfailingly polite and accommodating staff. The hotel offers a good view of the mountains and is very close to a mosque and a minaret. The location is great, with the Koutoubia Mosque just a 10-minute walk away. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious food.

I stayed at Hotel Islane for a few days and it was perfect. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city. I requested a room with a view and they delivered - I had a stunning view of the Katoubia Mosque. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. The price was great and included breakfast, which you can enjoy on the terrace with a breathtaking view. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going above and beyond by checking in with our tour operator and fixing our air conditioning immediately. They also have a money exchange in the hotel.

Rooms not up to scratch, old bedding and towels. Lot of dirt under the bed. Generally dated. Wouldn't stay there and pay that much

The room was a nice size and brand-new with breakfast when I arrived. A safe box, a mini bar, and central heating were a very nice touch.- The location turned out to be perfect and excellent, close to the main attractions in Marrakech such as the Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa el-Fna, and the city center.

The hotel is situated on one busy boulevard opposite the Mosque, which makes it perfect for tourists. The staff are friendly and keep the basic amenities clean. The breakfast on the roof with an excellent view of the Mosque is included in the price, which is very affordable.

All was ok.

To be honest the only advantage of this hotel is the proximity to attractions such as Jamaa Alfana I still can not say it is a good location because its on a very busy street. In the room I stayed the toilet was poor the exhaust fan was not working. The rugs on corridors were shabby and loose on floor. It does not reflect its advertised image at all and I believe it does not deserve even two star rating let alone three. The rate was exaggerated I now stay at Imperial Holday 4 star at less rate through your own agency!

The location is great and very helpful staff

Our room was released to us without having been cleaned, which caused a very bad impression. The cleanliness of the room is not the best, especially the bathroom.
