Great Shuttle Service to City Center

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and one thing that really stood out to me was the excellent shuttle service they provided to the city center. Since the hotel is located a bit away from the city center, having a convenient shuttle made exploring the city so much easier. The frequency of the shuttle could have been a bit higher, but it was still a great option to have. I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Moscow - Seligerskaya and would recommend it to others.

The hotel was very well presented and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day, providing a comfortable setting. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a great variety of options to choose from. the shuttle bus service to nearby locations was an added convenience.

Although the rooms offered a comfortable stay, the location of the hotel was a bit isolated from nearby attractions and nightlife. The prices for amenities such as laundry service and internet access were also quite high, making it difficult to take full advantage of all the hotel had to offer.

The hotel was a good deal in terms of price/quality. Staff was friendly and helpful which is not easy to come by in Moscow. Overall a good choice of Hotel especially for business or Crocus Expo venues. Thumbs up for the free shuttle service to city centre.

Restaurant prices are too expensive . WI-FI should really be free for this type of hotel . location is not convenient for sight-seeing Moscow city centre and apart from the nearby shopping centre (Portuguese restaurant is quite good !) not much to see or do. Metro is quite far.

As an extensive hotel user I found it all excellent, efficient and very friendly staff ! Very nice experience. Room (8th floor) was spotlessly clean, large with Air Conditioning. All room ammenities are modern and work perfectly. Free WiFi. Could not fault it. I stayed for 3 nights, arrived 21.00h every evening, and the restaurant was really very good and very well prepared food. Really tasty and good quality. Large portions. Breakfast selection also very good. Nice wine list ! Shuttle bus (RUB300) runs from Crocus Ctr and City Ctr - 'but not to airport SVO'. Taxi takes 1hr to/from SVO and costs RUB1500. Safe and efficient. Important in this city if you're traveling solo. Important to note; hotel is not in city ctr, about half distance between SVO and city ctr. Allow good time to travel anywhere as roads are really slow and conjested. 'Pre-book taxi' from hotel and bill to the room. Will definitely stay again. Well done to all !

Great Value and friendly staff, Close to public transportation

I recently stayed at a hotel during New Year's Eve and couldn't help but notice how cheap the room rates were, offering great value for the services they provided. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my stay. The hotel was located within walking distance to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. the breakfast was tasty and abundant, which was a great start to my day.

The hotel lacked some important amenities such as a fitness center and swimming pool, which limited my choices for entertainment. The rooms were quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around freely.

It would be better if the same price as in the Booked.net is possible wile booking a room in the hotel reception. For example for those who wants to prolong their stay in the Hotel. Now in the Booked.net they offer the lower price.

The hotel is located a short walk to the Metro station, allowing easy access to almost all areas in Russia. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathrooms well maintained. Breakfast has plenty of options and the staff provide excellent service. There is a nice bar and restaurant on the ground floor, and also a pool and gym downstairs. The hotel offers an upgrade to a suite, which is a great advantage.

One downside is that the hotel is far from the city center, making travel time and transportation a bit challenging.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location in the gloomy district was perfect for us as it was close to the hospital we needed to visit. The staff were friendly, especially Mrs. Ksenia at the reception and Mr. Bassam from housekeeping. The room service was excellent, and we were impressed by the range of amenities provided, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a dining table and a dressing area. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and we appreciated the am/fm alarm clock and the flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a leisure swimming pool. The free Wi-Fi and car park were convenient, and the 24-hour reception ensured that any queries or requests were promptly attended to. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.
