The pool was nice, the drinks were good, casino was ok but the location was so great we walked to all of the other casinos close to us.

The food was better, and cheaper, the staff was friendlier, the location is less hectic, I just like the atmosphere so much better and yes we did hit on some of the slot machines.

I had to call my brother to come and stay in my room and I go to another location altogether.

It's very easy to get to this hotel from the Gulfport Airport and it's right off of the expressway.

The room was entirely adequate, with flat-screen TV, king bed, marble countertops in bathroom.

The rooms are beautiful, with the marble countertops in the bathrooms and the big bathtubs.

The King-size bed was comfortable and the room did offer a great view of the bay.

Now for what I see as areas of improvement: At booking I requested a non smoking room with king size bed.

E's Lounge (neat little bar adjacent to the restaurant) and the Crown Room was exceptional.

Since most of the restaurants in the area have not reopened, the buffet always has a long line at dinner, but we prefer the sports bar right next to it anyway.

We did not have dinner at the buffett, but ate at a small restaurant on the second floor, near the bar.

Highlights sports lounge located inside the hotel has delicious food, but the service was extremely slow for the very few people at the bar.

We did eat at the sports bar and the High tide café; both had good food, good service and reasonable prices.

His service up to then for me and his waitress staff was deplorable and I wonder what he does when it REALLY gets busy.

The front desk personnel could use a little customer service training.

When you arrive, the Bellhop staff comes out to take your luggage and the Valets park your car, these services are strictly tip based.

Short walk ffor the parking garage into the lobby.

Just walking from the parking elevator to the hotel elevator the smell got in your hair and on your clothes.

Also, they have a very nice spa and fitness club and charge $15 a day for workouts.

NOTE: Never could get hotels wireless connection to work.

The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable.

We found the room was very clean and the staff really nice.

I found the Hotel very clean, tastefully furnished, the rooms better than average.

Bathroom was clean and fixtures were nice.

Nice clean rooms with very comfortable mattresses.
