Had a very special stay for three nights. They gave me a well-appointed and nicely decorated room with "landmark view" and large wardrobes. The location was excellent and beautiful, satisfied in everything.

Wonderful and Relaxing Days

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a beautiful lakeside location. The hotel exuded a sense of faded grandeur, with its historic architecture, marble floors, and elegant artwork. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a rainfall shower that provided a luxurious experience. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The breakfast buffet offered a satisfying selection of options. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was very good and rich. The staff was very friendly. The location is top! Right in the old town and at the lake. Own parking lot.

But unfortunately we were not satisfied with the room. Very old and too small for 3 persons. The room would be suitable for max. 2 persons. For such a hotel at this location the drinking water was missing e.g. a bottle of mineral in the room. At the time of booking the room was also equipped with a shower, which unfortunately was not the case. We had a bathtub. Also a balcony was missing, what was the case in other rooms. Price performance unfortunately not suitable. There are 2-star hotels that can meet this need. At the check-out we also had no solution-oriented person or contact person in front of us. The lady told us regarding drinking water in the room that breakfast was top, then they could reduce breakfast and deposit drinking water in the room instead! Some hotels do this. We just wanted to tell you that such a nice hotel at this location and with good staff takes our request concerning drinking water seriously. It is only about a bottle of mineral! Incredible response from the lady at the front desk.

This hotel is perfectly located in the very center of the city, right on the lake. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony offering a stunning landmark view. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. The breakfast is of high quality with a variety of options, including gluten-free choices and soy milk on request.
