  The service was very good and the location very convenient for our business purposes, the stay was great value, and I will stay again, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were huge.

  Great location and nice hotel. The service is also excellent, the room is impeccable and quiet, the staff are friendly and the breakfast has a lot of variety.

  The view was, simply, the best in Yokohama, nice hotel and service, as is usual in Japan, is perfect. The rooms are very large by Japanese standards.

  Rooms on the harbour side have an excellent view, great price on last minute deal, at that price amazing value for top Yokohama hotel and the staff is always very nice and helpfull.

  The furniture, upholstery is old and the bed wasn't too comfy, the facilities are also poor.

  The breakfast was great and the location right next to the pacifico conference centre was ideal, the view from this hotel was awesome, room was comfortable, practical, well equiped.
