The view from the hotel was amazing, the staff consistently went out of their way to be helpful and the manager spent a good part of his morning helping me.
In addition room was large, good points: The buffets were quite good.
The staff was very helpful, the room itself was clean and the food was good at all.

Very good selection of soaps and excellent room service. Great food, combinations explored in the delicate degustation menu.

Tokyo is an expensive hotel town and staff are pretty useless at anything except bowing.

Some very good restaurants near by, great choice in Tokyo.

Food there was mediocre and way over priced for the low quality, the staff at the reception were not very nice, the beds were not comfortable and the restrooms lacked pizazz.

Beautiful view, wonderful property on Tokyo Bay and i really liked this hotel overall. Over ½ dozen good restaurants in next building nearby and reasonable price. No wireless internet in the rooms – just in the lobby and service is excellent.

The staff there is really helpful and the location is very transit friendly, bar overlooking Tokyo Bay is really nice for couples. The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are lovely and modern. The breakfast selection is very impressive.

View overlooking the bay was superb and a sight to be treasured, this hotel was the most beautiful and elegant, laundry service was fast and efficient, and I must say reasonably priced. The room was great.
