The location is excellent and a few minutes ride to various businesses. The hotel is very nice and service is great. Etc. rooms are impressive, free drink tickets to use in the bar during happy hour and breakfast and restaurants are good too.

In the central business district, excellent location and the Best Hotel In Guatemala City. Nice lobby, friendly staff and the room is good and has a good size. Breakfast is amazing.

The best option for staying in Guatemala city and very Nice Hotel. Great staff at check in and on the bright side, the bath towels are extremely thick and luxurious. The restaurants are good.

The location is awesome and there is a ton of nightlife right outside your door, excellent Choice Will Stay Again. The staff is extremely nice, rooms are quiet and comfortable, the Japanese restaurant is very good.

The location was good to explore guate's zona 10 neighborhood and all the staff we encountered were attentive and always cheerful. Internet speed was fast, food was excellent and dinner was great.
