  The beach is very nice and the Ocean View room is definitely the BEST. Ixtapa Mexico is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Great air conditioning and pool swim up bar beautiful, clean.

  Beach was awesome, pool was awesome, staff were awesome and the hotel was very clean, friendly. The bartenders and waitresses in the lobby bar were also fantastic, service was good, our maid, Ana, was great. Our suite was clean and the Sushi restaurant was excellent. The facilities were typical Mexican and very well maintained.

  On good roads, great Location and all of the hotel workers are friendly. Presidente service is the best, beech towels lounge chars spotless and ample around, the Italian is set up at the beachside restaurant and had excellent lasagna. The pool is huge.

  The town itself is beautiful and the people very nice, the beach area is absolutely gorgeous, great Value During Off Season For Families. The staff is fantastic and room service is prompt. The food is just ok and the fresh local seafood is excellent. The pool seemed to be clean.

  A spectacular view, Ixtapa is beautiful and a big thanks to all the staff make our visit special. The drinks are plentiful, rooms are always clean, service great and appetizers and salads are the best of all week.

  The ocean had a very rough shore break in front of the presidente and bars get much too crowded.

  Great price, happy in Ixtapa and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cable was very good and the food in the buffet for breakfast and lunch was more than adequate. Dinner was a wide variety, outdoor Mexican Fiesta held on Saturday nights and our maid was excellent.

  Our 2nd room was on the third floor, of the same building – too bad for us, since the waves on the beach were quite high and dangerous.

  Ixtapa is the real Mexico, the landscape is breathtaking and the weather is perfect, the staff is wonderful and very hardworking, the water is warm and great for body surfing. The food is good and there is plenty of.

  The only good thing about this place was the food, staff were amazing and the water pressure was incredible and we always had lots of hot water. Lunch time and snacks were a little disappointing, dinner was a whole different story, was fantastic.

  The hotel did give us 3 nights/4 days free stay to go back, service was superb and shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Food was mediocre, at best.

  The staff were very friendly and hospitable, the room was clean and we had the neat flower arrangments each day on our pillows, the fish was very good to excellent.
