  The hotel is in the el poblado area just off the via las palmas highway and the staff are delightful and helpful. Bed is really comfortable and pool is good.

  Excellent bar staff, adequate sized rooms and a wonderful outdoor restaurant serving amazing steak. Best choice in Medellin and good facilities.

  The tv is a tiny ancient sharp model and the windows provide a great view of the pool, the hotel is getting old.

  Comfortable bed, small shower/bathroom and healthy salads. A good choice and a fantastic gym.

  The location was very good, the hotel staff were always friendly and efficient, the lobby was nice. The room was huge and the espresso at the bar was excellent. Breakfast was ok at best and the pool was pleasant and clean.

  The pool area is great and the hotel staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Prices are reasonable, the lobby is nice and modern, service is always very friendly an polite. The rooms are comfortable and food is good.

  Pool area is comfortable and the staff at the hotel is very polite and helpfull. Personnel is very friendly, the bathroom is large and ok, not very special, various restaurants bars are very nice. A very good spa is available.

  Well equipped 24/7 business center, inexpensive taxis readily available and the hotel has a really nice swimming pool. The staff are friendly and fast, wireless Internet in the rooms and on the grounds is now free. Some good restaurants can be reached even walking.

  The pool area was very nice, security surrounding the hotel was excellent and the gym was well equipped and the staff there was helpful. The room was pleasant, the fruit and coffee were the best part of breakfast.

  The public areas feel spacious and have some pleasant touches, Colombia is located in the exclusive El Poblado neighborhood. Staff is friendly and rooms are always kleep and comfortable. The pool is huge.

  The breakfast and pool areas are clean and the staff friendly, the Intercontinental in Medellin is a wonderful place to stay, room service is very fast and a pretty diverse menu.
