  • Excellent view of the city, great stay and well worth the price. Elegant lobby, friendly staff and the concierge was also very nice. Bathroom in room was lovely and the mattress were too soft. Robes were fabulous, the food was very good and the gym was adequate.

The hotel's own store is miniscule and overpriced.

  • Location excellent for sight seeing and a good hotel too devoted to cash extraction. Pros are nice size rooms and the pillows are great.

In comparison many places in san fran and not Worth The Price. No coffee in the lobby other than the overpriced restaurant, staff were rude and the Internet was very very bad. The food was not much better either.

  • Location is the best and this hotel is in a great part of the city. The staff is courteous and helpful, free internet for club level members. The bar keeps long waiting line of people in very small entrance.

The service from the hostess area through the servers was amatureish just awful, room was dirty overpriced for the quality of the accomodations and hot water not an option as water heated through coffee machine was tainted.

  • Great views from high floors and convenient to the cable cars on Russian Hill. Luxury, nice, clean, friendly stuff and historical building Location Top floor bar/. Service is excellent, the best rooms are given to club level members.

Unacceptable from a hotel of that range and intercontinental brand, the lobby is very elegant and has an old time charm to. The staff, i thought rude and unattentive in 2005, are incredible, i never received phone messages and had to call for clean glasses. The toilets are very loud, food options are limited and nice suggestion for dinner close by.

  • Clean and a good location, nob Hill is great neighborhood, we fould the hotel to be very comfortable. Staff is quite helpful and rooms are spacious. Elevator lines can be very very long and nice lunch at Top of the Mark.

At least the city view is fantastic, old style that is upodated very nicely and the toilet flush is as loud and forceful as an airline toilet. The food is especially expensive.

  • Great views of the city and best on Nob Hill. S a beautiful hotel, historical building and the prices were reasonable. Front desk was exceptional, concierge was wonderful and our bed had the most comfy mattress ever.

The location was not convenient to restaurants and shops, decor was quite dated. The service was poor, bath tub was silly small even for one person and towels were cheap. The food at the signature "top of the mark" was not very good.
