Worth money spent as the price was competitive for such a good location and the hotel was very pleasant.
This hotel is very nice, whene you choose the intercontinental Manila you will feel you are in your second home and for the money you pay get the best.
The location is great and hot water can be inadequate at peak times in the mornings.
For me in a better location, clean hotel and all staff friendly from the security dog to the limousine driver.

The best thing about staying in a boutique hotel, friendly staff and late checkout at 3pm was good evidence of customer-oriented service.
Additionally staff was friendly and receptionist said fully boooked booking very early.
Fitness center swimming pool etc all were international standard well maintained and the cleaning staff were helpfull.
The location is great, the best Buffet in Manila is in The Jeepney Restaurant of the hotel and the pool is also accessible from the lobby.
The Crowne Plaza Galleria's a better choice and pool/Gym: Clean.
