• Intercontinental Madrid

  Perfect location to access airport and hotel is clean and rooms are huge. The lobby and the restutrant are elegant, staff are great, the concierge is not very friendly and did not look helpful. Bathrooms are nice as well, the breakfast bar is wonderful.

  Its just 2 metro stops away and very nice hotel. Beautiful lobby, attentive staff and the concierge made a good job recommending the St. My room was excellent and the breakfast was FABULOUS.

  Classic location and lovely stay. The staff were great, concierge guys were very helpful and the rooms were quite spacious and comfy. The breakfast was good every morning.

  Great bathroom, bed, a seating area and great view out into Madrid, elegant hotel in a prime location, staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are pretty generous, tapas at the bar are nice too and an excellent restaurant for rice lovers.

  All the nice shops of Serrano and that area are just minutes away, hotel is beautiful, the staff were great, rooms are spacious and well furnished. The breakfast is good.

  The location is great, as is near the prado and other paseo de la castellana based sites, the InterConti in Madrid is a great, elegant hotel. The staff is efficient, beds are comfortable and service and breakfast are perfect.

  A few minutes walk from the excellent metro, and the same for the tourist bus, such a great place that not even words can describe. The front desk staff is also very welcoming and friendly, rooms are nice and well equiped.

  Good place to stay and very nice staff. The room was spotless and an attractive courtyard for drinks and super breakfast made up for that. The concierge and doormen were very friendly and helpful.

  I always stay at the intercontinental and great service. Very comfortable bed linens, nice bar, loved the olives and most of the hot buffet looks very unappetising. Fancy a beer, worlds best concierges.
